CES, which stands for 'Consumer Electronics Show', is the world's gathering place for all those who thrive on the business of consumer technologies. It has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for 50 years — the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace.
Under Bowon Hwang's responsibility, Samsung mobile products (such as smart phones, laptops and tablet PCs) were successfully exhibited at the CES tech show in January 2020. With her client, Samsung Electronics IT Mobile Department, she worked as an exhibition designer being in charge of design, production and field managing of their main exhibition booth, alongside developing their requirements and demonstrating her original idea to them.
The followings were her main tasks to successfully open the exhibition:

Help build a space plan; work closely with consumer and operation strategists, clients, and international vendors to develop holistic exhibit plan

Compile research and competitive data that will be submitted to the clients to ensure client is reaching target audience

Be responsible for all levels of space design from concept planning to construction

Participate in team brainstorming sessions

Design furniture and inspect its production

Design graphics for product spec boards and pop panels

Manage schedules and field using strong communication skills with stakeholders

Handle day-to-day client requests

Supervise the construction and the maintenance
